Originally this was an old farm cottage with 2 bedrooms. The new extension has increased the living accommodation to 4 bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining room with conservatory.
The main extension was built using natural stone from a local quarry and the conservatory completed in purpose made Green Oak.
Place Farm, Tisbury.
This property dates back to 1834, which was used for cattle and horses originally.
The project was a 12 month contract to turn these buildings into high class offices with all purpose made A trusses and windows.
The original structure was of the barns were maintained.

The Eastbury Hotel is a listed building within Sherborne.
The extension consisted of 6 extra rooms with ensuite facilities with a natural stone stairway feature leading to the first floor from the gardens.
